Cecilie Marie Wulf's baptism record of May 12, 1839 states: "ModerenCecilie Kirstine en datter af Niels Munch, ophold sig paa 20 S.E. gaardgrund, udlagt hen barnfader Ole Henrichsen Wulf i Rønne."There was only one "Ole Hendrichsen" in the Rønne census of 1840, statedas 37 years old, unmarried and a shoemaker; he was living with is widowedmother, Martha Margrethe Due. The 1845 census also has only one OleHenrichsen (in all of Bornholm!), 41 years old and a shoemaker. Therewas no Ole (Henrichsen) Wulf found in the 1840 or 1845 census of Bornholmcounty. Ole Henrichsen can not be found in the 1834 census of Rønneunder that name; however, possibly he is the Ole Olsen, see below, whowas in the employ of Hans Kofoed. Its seems possible that CecilieKirstine Munch wished to give her illegitimate daughter the surname Wulf, and the parish clerk simply, and incorrectly, added that surname onto herfather's name in the register.

Henrich Olsen obtained his tradesman citizenship license (Borgerskab) forRønne on September 22, 1787, and is listed as being a tenant atSøborgstræde 278, the home of his parents. From 1789 he rented AnthoniChristian Schor's house: Søborgstræde 283 (now matr 926). On January 25,1790, he purchased the house for himself; a few years later, on September24, 1793, he purchased the neighbouring house, Søborgstræde 282 (nowmatr. 925), and thus had a total of 14 windows (14 fag) facade.
Evidently his marriage to Martha Margethe Due got off to a rocky start, for after only a few years of marriage, divorce-papers were drawn up onDecember 10, 1804; but the marriage was saved, and the couple had asecond son, Henrich, born in 1807. At the May 6, 1808, probate hearingafter his death, his property was estimated at 552 Rigsdalers, however, his debts were almost as much.
The 1824 marriage record of Martha and Johan Bejer names her as "EnkeMarthe Margrethe Wærner, født Due." This seems to indicate that she wasthe widow of a Mr. Wærner - no one with that surname is to be found inthe 1801 census of Rønne. Checked burial records July 1819 through 1824- no burial for a Wærner found.
The taxation-list (skattetaxten) of 1827 shows that Martha Margrethe Duewas still living at the house on Søborgstræde, and that she was a widowafter her marriage to headmaster (overlærer) Bejer. We can find her, andher son Henrich Olsen, in the 1834 census at the same address (though inthat census it is named: Storegaden 282 & 283); and again we find Marthaat that same address in the 1845 census.
